Bigfox Civils is a small construction company formed from the merger of Civil Engineering, General Construction and Land Surveying Contractors. The company
has successfully operated in the Gauteng Province area for the past Eight years working on both small and large scale project. All our Key staffs are well Specialized in Civils, Land Surveying, Roads, Water pipeline Installation, Drainage and Sewerage, earthworks and based on the latest equipment and technology in the market, Under the Supervision and well organized Management.
Bigfox civils has the capability in almost all the discipline of the Construction and Surveys. With the business boom that is occurring in our local area and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company is planning to shift its target market from residential clients to the larger commercial customers. This business profile will lay out our goals and tasks to make this transition successful and create enough market share to succeed in this highly competitive market. Our goal begins with commitment, this commitment is yet crucial in the overall success of the project. It contains the completion of our projects on time and on budget, with quality as the utmost concern.
COMPANY SUMMARY
Bigfox Civils began in 2011 when Mr. Stanley Madzivhandila began his own company, General Construction and Land Surveying. In 2012 the original company was merged with another small scale local company, the company began to bid successfully for larger scale projects.
As part of its growth and altered focus, Bigfox Civils is planning on changing its charter from a limited liability company to be corporation registered in Africa. This will allow Bigfox Civils greater access to investment funds to fuel its growth.
COMPANY HISTORY
Bigfox Civils began in the Cosmo City/Randburg/Roodepoort Gauteng province area in 2011 when Mr. Stanley Madzivhandila, who had worked in the Civil Engineering, Roads and Earthworks, Building, residential and Surveying construction business for many years began his own company. For the last Eight years the company grew slowly, working mostly on small scale Civil, Construction, Land Surveying and residential projects while gaining a reputation for quality services and reliability. In 2015 the original company was merged with another small-scale local company, the company began to bid successfully for larger projects.
In 2016 the company’s management came to the conclusion that the firm had grown sufficiently to alter its primary target market from Civil and Land Surveying, the residential construction segment to the higher margin office and commercial construction segment. The company plans to implement this change by the middle of 2023.

Bigfox Civils strives to build, maintains the highest standards of service and a strong relationship of trust with our clients that last forever and to assure their satisfaction is being always achieved through continues development of our management strategies, overall supervision of our projects from design surveys to implementation, quick responsiveness to requirements, and constantly choosing innovative ideas and creative methods in handling our projects.

- Significantly expand into the commercial, office, roads, earthworks and building contracting market to improve profit margins and increase local market share.
- Expand services and decrease costs by creating a permanent bridges and roads crew, as well as adding a bookkeeper and an accountant to our staff.
- Begin to market and offer services in the Johannesburg area in preparation for opening an office there in few years
